First of all, I cannot thank you enough for your time and interest in Thanks Powers Pvt.Ltd. I cannot recall a time where we have not emphasized the importance of our clients in our success. It is because of you that Thanks Powers has achieved the pinnacle where it today rests. I still remember how a handful of men and women decided to venture it out, thereby erecting the sturdy foundations of a business known today as Thanks Powers. I cannot contemplate where we would be if it were not for these men.
True, we were, at times, lucky, but the amount of effort my people had put in, I cannot deem our success to sheer luck. Hard work helps you through when luck fails, and we are the supreme-most example. We have been fortunate enough to have known people who not only share dreams with us, but have made it their goal to achieve the common good.
Back when we started business, there were not a lot of companies that dealt in HR management. But, that never eased out things. In my opinion, it is the easiest to start a business but the most difficult to thrive. We have been fortuitous, no doubt, because we had people, whom I reckon no less than pure gold, on our side. A couple years after we started, the outcomes had started corroborating for our success. It was then time to focus on long-term policies because we had already survived the trickiest time in a business’s life cycle. Again, the people we had onboarded showed immense capability, responsibility and perseverance. It was difficult for a two-year old organization to refocus goals and envision what laid twenty years from then.
What I then saw was an act of true valor and dedication—just the way I had expected when we started Thanks Powers. I hope we continue to lead, setting up benchmark, while achieving milestones one after the other. I hope we continue to grow unabated.
A warm welcome to all. It is my pleasure to pen down my thoughts on our journey so far. Ever since its inception, Thanks Powers has provided its clients talents with specific skill set. Now that I recall the time when we had just began, the memory of our first contract seems vividly etched in my memory. To be honest, we least expected we would become this big. But, we faced it. I am grateful to the people who helped us set the sails.
